46. The Power Of Forgiveness
A Duke University Medical Center study found that people who have forgiven others experience lower levels of physical pain, anger, and depression.

47. Healthy Snacks
Keep healthy snacks at the front of the fridge or cupboard.

If you or your child are constipated, try drinking more water. Faeces are hard to pass if the body is short of water.
